I use this table in my kitchen in front of the window to put my house plants on. I put it together alone so it was a little difficult to get that first leg on, but it went a lot smoother after that. I find the legs to be very sturdy and pretty solid. I like the fact that the black paint is "distressed" so that the silver base shines through (some have been dissapointed with that feature as it doesn't look that way in the picture). I haven't had it very long so I hope the glass shelves hold up because the manufacturer states that they don't sell replacement parts, which is why it gets four stars and not five. Very good table for the price.

We bought this table to use in our entryway -- it fits the space perfectly and looks great. For the price, I was worried about the quality (e.g., that it wouldn't be sturdy or that it would look cheap). I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is quite sturdy and it looks very sleek. I do agree with the above comment though, it was a bit difficult to get some of the pieces to fit together -- make sure you've got someone strong there to help!

My wife loves the table... we use it as an accent piece in the dining room and getting one more for the living room. Great two-shelf design for pictures, lamps, flowers, etc. Looks more expensive than it is...nice "weathered" look on the metal. It is simple to put together, don't let the other comments concern you, I put it together quickly...the key as the instructions state is to NOT tighten everything until the end...this will make it a lot easier to line things up during assembly...
