Regal Seating Company has been manufacturing quality seating
products since 1963. Their products can be found in restaurants,
bars, night clubs, hotels and casinos in all 50 states, Canada, and
the U.S. Virgin Islands. Every product is customized and
made-to-order. All upholstery is done at their factory in Addison,
Illinois.
They have a wide selection of both wood and steel frame products. All wood frames are made of solid, 100% European Beech for strength and durability and imported directly from Europe. Steel frames are made in the USA.

I used 2 of these bases and wood top to make a dining table for a booth I built for my kitchen. They are beautiful and work well with the booth because they don't add a lot of legs under the table. The stainless steel is a beautiful accent to the kitchen decor. Several friends have asked me about them (and have volunteered to take them off my hands!).

The look is good, but the table does not feel very sturdy when put together. The top tends to "rotate" if bumped, and there doesn't seem to be a way to really tighten it down. Leaning on the table is not good, as it knocks the table top out of alignment.

We like the look and feel of this base very much but we added a granite table top and we feel it's not sturdy enough but that's more of an issue with our top and not the base. The trouble is that when I shop for bases I can't tell which ones will best support the heavier tops. A wood top would be perfect.

Solid base, sturdy, durable. I purchased some complete tables with S/S top in the past and was very happy with them. So when I had tops to match up with bases, I used these and am not disappointed.
