I wanted to downsize my kitchen table from a large table to something that seated two. This works great for me and my daughter. You can't have a lot of food on it, just dinner plates and a center piece. But it doesn't collect all the junk that the larger table collected. Very easy to put together. I'm a single mom and did it all by myself with a pair of plyers. Socket set would work best.

For my small porch, this set is perfect. I love the slate top, it's easy to clean, doesn't show the dirt if I don't clean it often. I'm very pleased. I may make cushions for the chairs that would coordinate with the table.

fantastic table at excellent price. the slate is beautiful. it sits on my front patio. it's sturdy and it was pretty easy to put together. only two small complaints...chairs don't come with seat cushions and they're tough to find (though i did find some that fit nicely)...and the metal rim around the table top sticks up a bit and can be uncomfortable if leaning arms on table. otherwise, we love it!

Be careful this piece is heavy. Need a wrench and elbow grease for assembly. It looks great in my apartment and I am on the hunt for seat cushions. An overall great deal!! Enjoy!!!
