I had seen this product used in a home for extra seating at family functions and had always wanted it. But when it came to loosing my home due to the economy and living in a 5th wheel trailer this product came in very handy. It is compact enough to use in the 5th wheel to eat dinner & then put the sides down when not in use. When I need extra room I can put up both sides and I have a space big enough for anything I could possibly need.

It took me about an hour to put together once all the parts arrived. Initially two pieces were broken when it arrived. I got immediate attention and the replacement pieces in one week. They were very kind and understanding. The chairs come assembled so you just have to put the table together. A power phillips screwdriver would have been nice and would cut the set up time trememdously.
For the price it's a good value and I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Don't think that you can put this in the attic- super heavy- VERY good wood, however. We got the light color. Chair comfort will benefit from cushions which I purchased 2/ $10.00 at Garden Ridge Pottery.
